Key responsibilities & impact

Manage workstreams or full projects with accountability for scope, schedule, quality, and results.
Develop project plans, monitor progress, and course-correct to ensure value delivery.
Be a client's point of contact, translating business needs into actionable insights and solutions.
Manage engagement margin, utilization, and realization against targets.
Guide Consultants and Analysts, providing structured feedback, formal performance input, and supporting professional growth.
Collaborate with senior leaders to build capabilities and support organizational development initiatives.
Contribute to proposal development, solution design, and sales pursuits.
Identify new opportunities to expand work within existing client accounts.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
At least 8 years' consulting experience
3+ years of experience in manufacturing or mining operations, with a focus on automation and controls
Ability to travel up to 50% of time
Experience leading teams and project execution.
