Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality consulting engagements that meet and exceed client expectations.
Provide strategic guidance to clients, leveraging industry or domain expertise to help them achieve their business goals.
Mentor managers and senior consultants, and lead project teams, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Drive portfolio health across quality, utilization, and margin.
Drive the development and enhancement of consulting capabilities within your platform area, ensuring our team stays ahead of industry trends and maintains a competitive edge.
Shape solution approaches, standards, and reusable assets across teams.
Develop and deliver training programs, best practices, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to build the skills and expertise of our consultants.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate new tools, methodologies, and technologies that enhance our consulting offerings.
Lead and drive business development initiatives to expand our client base and grow revenue within the designated platform area.
Identify and pursue new market opportunities, develop client relationships, and create tailored proposals that showcase our value proposition.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
12 years of consulting experience, 3 to 5 years in a leadership or management role
6+ years of experience manufacturing operations, with a strong focus on automation and controls
Familiarity with ISA-95 and ISA-88 standards for manufacturing systems integration
Travel can vary but may be up to 50%
