About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead workstreams or complex deliverables from definition through completion.
Perform structured analyses, facilitate workshops, and develop client-ready deliverables.
Engage directly with client to gather insights and communicate findings.
Anticipate risks, dependencies, and client concerns; manage daily client interactions within engagement scope.
Contribute to the development of thought leadership, methodologies, and service offerings.
Support capability building within the team through coaching and knowledge sharing.
Coach and review work from junior team members.
Work with teams, geographies, and disciplines to deliver Help identify opportunities to expand engagements or build client value.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
At least 4 years' experience of consulting or applicable industry experience
Manufacturing operations, with a strong focus on automation and controls
Ability to travel up to 50% of time
