Key responsibilities & impact

Take ownership of generating proposals based on customer-defined requirements, including general trading terms and conditions.
Prepare and submit bids and sales proposals, obtaining the required approvals.
Consult with other departments on pricing, product specifications, warranties, and product suitability to ensure delivery of the right technical and commercial solution for the customer.
Manage cost estimates with project team members, product specialists, sales, and multiple suppliers.

What you’ll need

2+ years of experience in commercial proposal preparation
Work with internal customers
Manage communications by email and remote meetings
Participate in technical and commercial meetings
Verify orders against proposals
Contribute to defining customer requirements
Experience working in high-pressure environments while remaining focused on goals and able to prioritize daily tasks
Proficiency in cost calculations and preparing commercial proposal content
Commercial acumen to support sales in delivering proposed services
Fluency in French and English (spoken and written).
