Key responsibilities & impact

Oversee and optimize content and design production workflows across marketing programs, including product launches, campaigns, and sales enablement.
Manage capacity, assign work, set timelines, and track deliverables within Optimizely (CMP).
Enforce intake standards, maintain production schedules, mitigate risks, and refine processes to improve operational efficiency.
Support broader project management and transformation projects across the MarComm organization, including training efforts and change management activities.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
+6 years of experience in project management within a marketing function or similar role.
Experience managing request intake, prioritization, and resource allocation across multiple team members.
Working knowledge of project management platforms Optimizely, or similar tools such as Adobe Workfront, Percolate, Microsoft Copilot, or equivalent platforms.
Knowledge of industry best practices for project management.
Advanced level of English
Knowledge of sprint planning or workflow management.
