Project Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Oversee and optimize content and design production workflows across marketing programs, including product launches, campaigns, and sales enablement.
- Manage capacity, assign work, set timelines, and track deliverables within Optimizely (CMP).
- Enforce intake standards, maintain production schedules, mitigate risks, and refine processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Support broader project management and transformation projects across the MarComm organization, including training efforts and change management activities.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Project Management, or a related field.
- +6 years of experience in project management within a marketing function or similar role.
- Experience managing request intake, prioritization, and resource allocation across multiple team members.
- Working knowledge of project management platforms Optimizely, or similar tools such as Adobe Workfront, Percolate, Microsoft Copilot, or equivalent platforms.
- Knowledge of industry best practices for project management.
- Advanced level of English
- Knowledge of sprint planning or workflow management.
