About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for the profitable global growth of the Industrial Cybersecurity Services business.
- Lead the Cybersecurity Services product management team to set the strategic vision and strategy for new offer development and existing offer improvement, using market data, voice of customer, competitive assessments, and feedback from internal stakeholders such as Sales, Delivery and Customer Success.
- Development and communication of a simple, clear, and consistent Cybersecurity Services roadmap.
- Partner with peers in offices such as the Project Management Office, Capability Managers, Engineering, Cyber Professional Services and Managed and Support Services, and Functional leaders (ex. Finance, SSO, etc.) to execute a disciplined service development, release and improvement process.
- Collaborate with Global Sales and Marketing partners and the Channel to create consistent launch material, generate clear marketing and sales collateral and enablement, and support customer opportunities and engagements as needed to drive the growth of the business.
- Collaborate with regional delivery leaders to understand and resolve operational challenges that may hinder portfolio and delivery excellence.
- Lead product management team to facilitate relationships and partnership details with global partners.
- Develop a strong product management team with well-defined business goals, training and professional development growth objectives and robust succession plans.
- Foster a product management team culture of employee empowerment, accountability, growth, diversity and retaining and attracting top talent.
- Support key M&A activities.
- Drive adherence to planned budget, offer requirements, and schedule for service releases.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work Experience
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
- The ability to travel up to 30% of the time.
- Typically requires 8+ years' business and people management experience, preferably in Cybersecurity and Services domains.
- Knowledge and understanding of services oriented business including go-to-market models, business drives and operational requirements.
- Strong product management acumen and experience within the entire product lifecycle from business case development, to launch execution, to obsolescence.
- Experienced at delivering results through cross-functional partnerships in a matrixed organization.
- Comfort performing within a global, geographically distributed team and environment.
