Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the end-to-end deployment, maintenance, and governance of the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring alignment with ISO 9001:2015 and other applicable standards.
Design, implement, and evolve quality processes and testing protocols, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business needs.
Understand and integrate cross-functional systems and enterprise-wide processes, ensuring QMS is harmonized with broader organizational workflows.
Own quality planning, monitoring, and reporting, including the development of KPIs, dashboards, and executive summaries to track performance and compliance.
Plan, facilitate, conduct and report on internal quality audits, investigations, and CAPA activities.
Oversee document control and lifecycle management, ensuring version control, accessibility, and compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
Drive root cause analysis and corrective action planning, ensuring timely resolution of quality issues and systemic risk mitigation.
Maintain ISO certifications (e.g., ISO 9001:2015) through rigorous internal controls, audit readiness, and continuous alignment with evolving standards.
Manage external audits and customer quality assessments, serving as the primary liaison and ensuring successful outcomes.
Champion automation and digital transformation of QMS processes, leveraging tools to enhance traceability, efficiency, and data integrity.
Mentor and train teams on QMS principles, tools, and compliance expectations, building quality capability across the organization.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor Degree of Business, Operations or related.
Prior experience in quality management.
Overall, 8 to 12 years of experience with 4 to 6 years in quality management.
Prior experience in Business Operations.
Excellent traceable knowledge in one or several of the areas Quality Management, testing methodology and project management.
Fluent English language skills (reading & writing).
