About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the end-to-end deployment, maintenance, and governance of the Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring alignment with ISO 9001:2015 and other applicable standards.
  • Design, implement, and evolve quality processes and testing protocols, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business needs.
  • Understand and integrate cross-functional systems and enterprise-wide processes, ensuring QMS is harmonized with broader organizational workflows.
  • Own quality planning, monitoring, and reporting, including the development of KPIs, dashboards, and executive summaries to track performance and compliance.
  • Plan, facilitate, conduct and report on internal quality audits, investigations, and CAPA activities.
  • Oversee document control and lifecycle management, ensuring version control, accessibility, and compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective action planning, ensuring timely resolution of quality issues and systemic risk mitigation.
  • Maintain ISO certifications (e.g., ISO 9001:2015) through rigorous internal controls, audit readiness, and continuous alignment with evolving standards.
  • Manage external audits and customer quality assessments, serving as the primary liaison and ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Champion automation and digital transformation of QMS processes, leveraging tools to enhance traceability, efficiency, and data integrity.
  • Mentor and train teams on QMS principles, tools, and compliance expectations, building quality capability across the organization.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor Degree of Business, Operations or related.
  • Prior experience in quality management.
  • Overall, 8 to 12 years of experience with 4 to 6 years in quality management.
  • Prior experience in Business Operations.
  • Excellent traceable knowledge in one or several of the areas Quality Management, testing methodology and project management.
  • Fluent English language skills (reading & writing).
