About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Achieve assigned revenue and margin targets
- Build a robust, qualified pipeline (3–4x coverage) across automation, software, and lifecycle services
- Prioritize high-value opportunities and manage long-cycle, complex deals
- Develop multi-year account plans for main customers
- Establish relationships at C-level and plant leadership levels
- Lead with benefits (ROI, OEE improvement, energy savings, risk reduction)
- Translate customer challenges into quantified business cases
- Lead teams (engineering, domain experts, services) to deliver winning proposals
- Build industry presence and credibility in Thailand
- Identify white spaces and new opportunities in digitalization and sustainability
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Engineering or related field
- >5 years of experience in industrial automation, digitalization, or related sectors
- Experience in strategic/complex sales within heavy industries in Thailand
- Experience with plant operations and industrial value drivers
- Hunter mindset with strategic discipline
- Navigate complex organizations and decision-makers
- Strong financial skills (business case development, value articulation)
- Experience establishing communication and engagement with prospects in Thai & English
- High ownership and execution focus
