About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive growth across strategic accounts
  • Establish trusted partnerships with senior customer stakeholders
  • Identify, qualify, and close high-value opportunities across products, solutions, and services
  • Align with sales teams, product groups, and regions to deliver consistent execution
  • Lead complex deals, prioritize opportunities, and deploy resources effectively
  • Drive alignment and results within a global, matrixed organization
  • Deliver annual account plans and ongoing progress updates

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
  • A valid drivers license.
  • Typically 5+ years of experience selling control and/or information solutions within the automation or process control industries (or closely related fields)
  • Ability and willingness to travel globally as required
  • Global sales experience preferred
  • Applied experience selling or supporting control/information solutions within target industries, or relevant background in production/process engineering, manufacturing operations, or similar environments
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and sell at senior management and executive levels, articulating value with quantifiable results and economic impact.
