About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide legal assistance to attorneys and guide communication between company attorneys, outside counsel, organizations and in-house employees.
Focus on improving processes, implementing solutions, and supporting operational excellence across OGC and cross-functional teams.
Prepare and file legal documents with appropriate entities, and research projects as directed by corporate attorneys.
Report to our General Counsel, Commercial Law and work hybrid schedule in either Milwaukee, WI, or Mayfield Heights, OH.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Business, or related field (preferred).
Paralegal certification or coursework; legal operations experience.
3–5 years of experience in legal operations, process improvement, or project management within a legal or corporate environment.
Familiarity with legal technology platforms (CLM tools, e-billing, matter management systems).
