Customer Success Renewals Team Lead

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead a team of Renewals Specialists focused on the renewal of customer support contracts.
- Oversee team performance against renewal, retention, and forecasting Indicators while ensuring a high-quality customer and channel partner experience.
- Provide daily coaching, prioritization, and escalation support.
- Partner with Customer Success, Sales, Channel, and Operations leaders to align renewal strategies with customer outcomes and company goals.
- Use Salesforce data, renewal workflows, and reporting to lead accountability, visibility, and continuous improvement across the renewal motion for North America–based customers.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree
- 3–5 years of experience in Renewals, Customer Success, Sales Operations, Contract Management, or a related commercial function.
- 1–2 years of people leadership experience, including coaching and performance management (preferred).
- Working knowledge of Salesforce for pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting.
- Experience supporting support, maintenance, services, or subscription-based contracts.
- Experience supporting North America–based customers and working in a matrixed organization.
