Project Manager
Rockwell Automation. Lead and execute technical production technology projects in close collaboration with Production, Quality and R&D, ensuring progress, structure, and clear milestones.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and execute technical production technology projects in close collaboration with Production, Quality and R&D, ensuring progress, structure, and clear milestones.
- Participate in global implementation projects and project groups across Europe and Asia, including Poland, India, and China.
- Align expectations with internal and external stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Drive continuous improvements and innovation in production technologies and processes, with a strong focus on automation and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
- Support optimization activities ranging from small process improvements to full-scale implementation of new production lines.
Requirements
What you’ll need- A degree in Engineering, Marine Engineering, Mechanical Technology, or a similar technical background.
- Professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- A structured, goal-oriented work approach with the ability to set direction and drive progress.
- Preferably 4+ years of experience within production technology and automation.
- Project management training or certification.
- Preferably combined with practical, hands-on experience.
- Experience with Lean or similar efficiency/optimization methodologies.
- Experience working with CAD or other technical drawing tools.
- We are also interested in hearing from experienced technicians and engineers who aspire to develop into proficient project managers.
