About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive Process Assignments in compliance with established SOPs and guidelines
Performs a wide variety of administrative/operational duties for assigned and associated team(s) & function(s) globally
Responsible for collating enabling data to process assigned tasks in coordination with associated partners under minimal supervision
Understanding business to provide excellent services with high quality compliance
Demonstrate strong teamwork, acceptance to feedback, partnering PNLs with associated teams & continuously evolving to achieve excellence
Reporting to Team Lead Ownership & accountability for all assignments/projects/transactions in terms of ensuring KPIs and Productivity Metrices of associated function/sub-function
Consistently adapt operational methodologies and introduce innovations, global initiatives, and expert methods, to drive the business forward
Proactively acknowledge and address assigned queries/root cause analysis/mitigation or optimization plans
Recording and documenting all critical and important communications/initiatives/savings to optimize deliveries.
Flexible and motivated to fit in dynamic and growing professional environment.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree in Science/Commerce/Business Administration
Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in Data/Business/Supply Chain/Backend Operations
Should or can handle Global projects and engage regional partners/associated end customers remotely
Flexible to work in Global Time Zones in accordance with the function/process need to deliver/support on delegated assignments
Should have or can work in Data/Business/Supply Chain/Backend Operations with professional working exposure of Data Analysis & Reporting/Project Management
Good to have Lean Six Sigma Certifications/Quality & Audit Certifications/MIS Certification.
