About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Collaborate with the EMEA OEM sales teams.
- Collaborate with in-country sales resources.
- Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams.
- Manage resulting GOTC conversion projects at the OEM.
- Develop the organisational and procedural plans to align with the OEM sales strategy.
- Collaborate with the Other GOTC Business Managers and the Technical Resource managers across EMEA and global.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor Degree in Engineering.
- Min 15 years of overall experience with 5 in managerial role.
- Technical knowledge of the technologies in OEM environment.
- Full proficiency in English.
- Experience managing a multi country team.
