About the role
- You will maintain automation systems, technical documentation, software programming, testing, and commissioning/startup at customer facilities.
- Perform offshore field services and systems engineering activities involving process and safety systems, HMI, instrumentation, and industrial networks.
- Design moderate to complex system architectures for new projects and analyze existing systems for interventions or upgrades.
- Execute all development phases of automation systems, including requirements gathering, detailed design, software development, factory testing, and commissioning/startup.
- Support installation and commissioning of industrial automation systems and networks in the field.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering with an active CREA registration
- Previous experience as an Industrial Automation Maintenance Engineer, including the application of Rockwell Automation products (PowerFlex, Drives, Logix Platform, Trusted, Aadvance, PLC application development, Industrial Components, Industrial Networks).
- Experience in installing and commissioning industrial automation systems and networks.
- Experience in industrial automation projects for the Oil & Gas industry or related areas.
- Residency in the Rio de Janeiro/RJ region.
- Availability to work offshore on a 14/21-day rotation depending on the project.
- Ability to work at customer sites.
