About the role

Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-grade artificial intelligence solutions that drive innovation and deliver measurable business value.
Work closely with cross-functional teams—including data scientists, software engineers, and partners—to build scalable, secure, and ethically responsible AI systems.
Build and implement AI models and pipelines that integrate with existing IT and data infrastructure, ensuring performance, scalability, and maintainability.
Collaborate across teams throughout the AI solution lifecycle—from ideation and prototyping to deployment and monitoring.
Explore and recommend AI/ML frameworks, platforms, and tools that align with project goals and technical feasibility.
Apply standards for model development, testing, deployment, and lifecycle management, with a focus on ethical AI and data privacy compliance.
Receive mentorship from senior AI leaders while contributing to the organization's AI strategy and adoption.
Report to TECHNICAL LEADER - AI.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field.
5+ years of experience developing and deploying AI/ML models in production environments.
Hands-on experience with frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn, and cloud-based AI services (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Azure ML).
Strong programming skills in Python, R, Java, or similar languages.
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software engineering principles.
Exposure to cross-functional collaboration and delivering AI solutions that support business outcomes.
Preferred: Experience deploying AI models on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) in hybrid or multi-cloud setups.
Preferred: Familiarity with MLOps practices for continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring.
Preferred: Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Preferred: Interest in mentoring and growing within AI or data science teams.
