About the role
- Lead end‑to‑end business analysis for Salesforce programs, including discovery, requirements definition, solution design support, and validation.
- Partner with process leads and product owner to understand strategic goals and translate them into clear, prioritized user stories and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with Salesforce Architects and Technical Leaders to ensure proposed solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with platform standards.
- Be the trusted advisor to Product Owners, helping shape the Salesforce product roadmap and release planning.
- Analyze and improve business processes across Sales Cloud(primary), Service Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud, and related Salesforce capabilities.
- Support UAT execution, defect triage, and release readiness in collaboration with QA and delivery teams.
- Act as a key liaison between business, IT, and external implementation partners to ensure delivery and adoption.
- Support production operations by analyzing issues, identifying root causes, and recommending sustainable improvements.
- Ensure documentation, data integrity, and compliance with enterprise governance and change management standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, or related field.

- 5+ years of related experience
- Experience as a Business Systems Analyst in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) is an asset.
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams including product management, architecture, development, and operations.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Business Analyst, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant).
- Experience with enterprise integrations (e.g., ERP, SAP, MuleSoft).
- Familiarity with agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum) and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Experience supporting global, multi‑region Salesforce implementations.
