About the role
- Lead the GSM M&A team, including the M&A Specialists
- Drive the execution of integration plans across a cross-functional operations team
- Design, change, and update commercial processes based on impacts of inorganic investments
- Make continual improvements based on team feedback and business requirement changes
- Solve challenging problems in a fast-paced environment
- Help solidify change through documentation and communication
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
- Legal authorization to work is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- Experience in a business-to-business commercial roles, preferably operations or sales
- Advanced English level, written and spoken
- Solid understanding of commercial operations in modern sales organizations
- Project management and/or program management experience with a focus on process improvement
- Collaborative style, which can drive consensus across indirect reporting lines and peer groups
- Extremely organized and detail-oriented
- Prior exposure to M&A integrations.
