Account Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for hunting, developing, and growing Rockwell Automation product Business through System Integrator Partners in Vietnam
- Collaborate with local and regional stakeholders to refine the SI program and sales support strategy
- Emphasize driving value and growth of Rockwell Automation through SI partners
- Ensure distributor and account managers understand the benefits of collaborating with SI partners
- Identify qualified potential SI partners in the market
- Work closely with RA, Distributor, and SI teams to establish clear success metrics for partnerships
- Conduct quarterly reviews of SI partners business performance
- Collaborate to design and implement SI competency programs
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure SI strategies are well-documented and effectively implemented
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Business / Marketing / Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years selling experience in the industry
- Proven track record in Customer Relationship Management dealing with senior internal / external management
- Experience in Channel Management and Distribution is advantageous
- Solid business and financial acumen to develop and deliver on commercial plans.
