About the role
- Lead complex, high-visibility programs across our IT portfolio
- Drive end-to-end program delivery
- Coordinate cross-functional teams
- Manage risks and ensure solutions meet business objectives, technical standards, and timeline commitments
- Translate strategic goals into actionable plans while ensuring alignment with organizational priorities
- Provide technical and program management expertise in planning, execution, and leadership of programs
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
- Monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outcomes
- Help uncover and coordinate strategic dependencies across teams
- Act as the primary point of contact for project sponsors, business leaders, and technical teams
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Provide clear and consistent project updates, including executive-level reporting
- Partner with architects, engineers, and product managers to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with standards
- Identify, assess, and proactively manage risks and issues that may impact project success
- Champion project management best practices, tools, and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field
- Legal authorization to work in the US is required
- Typically requires a minimum of 8+ years of experience in project management managing technical or IT-related projects
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, cross-functional projects
- Strong understanding of Agile Methodologies including story point demand planning experience
- High proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Jira Align, MS Project)
- PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent certification
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, cloud technologies, infrastructure, and integration projects
- AI product portfolio management experience including machine learning, natural language processing, generative AI, and agentic systems, with a focus on their practical applications in project delivery and IT operations
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience leading or contributing to broader digital transformation efforts across diverse teams.
