Develop and implement the strategic vision for the GCC, aligning with the overall business objectives and goals.
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the GCC, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Build and maintain strong relationships with global clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
Manage the budget and financial performance of the GCC, ensuring cost-effective operations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or Business Management.
Minimum of 15 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a global capability centre or similar environment.
Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage large teams and complex operations.
Proven record of developing leadership.
Deep understanding of the global business landscape and the specific challenges and opportunities of operating in India.
The ideal candidate should possess a high level of emotional intelligence, resilience, and adaptability.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders are essential.
