About the role

  • Develop and implement the strategic vision for the GCC, aligning with the overall business objectives and goals.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the GCC, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with global clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Manage the budget and financial performance of the GCC, ensuring cost-effective operations.
  • Drive innovation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards and manage risks effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or Business Management.
  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a global capability centre or similar environment.
  • Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage large teams and complex operations.
  • Proven record of developing leadership.
  • Deep understanding of the global business landscape and the specific challenges and opportunities of operating in India.
  • The ideal candidate should possess a high level of emotional intelligence, resilience, and adaptability.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders are essential.
