About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead projects through their entire lifecycle—from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure
  • Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality goals while complying with Rockwell Automation's Quality Management System (QMS) standards
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers and other teams; lead project meetings and manage team member expectations
  • Ensure deliverables meet QMS requirements and follow engineering standards
  • Identify risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve issues promptly
  • Provide regular status updates, financial forecasts, and documentation for partners

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (preferred)
  • We prefer a PMP or equivalent
  • Total experience 10-15 years with 2-4 years in project management in industrial automation or related sectors
  • Familiarity with Rockwell Automation products and tools like Microsoft Project
  • Inspire, guide, and develop teams to achieve organisational goals
  • Plan and prioritisation capabilities to ensure efficient workflow and resource management
  • Experience managing multiple projects within a matrix environment, ensuring delivery and quality outcomes
