Key responsibilities & impact

Lead projects through their entire lifecycle—from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure
Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality goals while complying with Rockwell Automation's Quality Management System (QMS) standards
Act as the primary point of contact for customers and other teams; lead project meetings and manage team member expectations
Ensure deliverables meet QMS requirements and follow engineering standards
Identify risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve issues promptly
Provide regular status updates, financial forecasts, and documentation for partners

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (preferred)
We prefer a PMP or equivalent
Total experience 10-15 years with 2-4 years in project management in industrial automation or related sectors
Familiarity with Rockwell Automation products and tools like Microsoft Project
Inspire, guide, and develop teams to achieve organisational goals
Plan and prioritisation capabilities to ensure efficient workflow and resource management
Experience managing multiple projects within a matrix environment, ensuring delivery and quality outcomes
