About the role
- Lead projects through their entire lifecycle—from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure
- Ensure projects meet scope, schedule, cost, and quality goals while complying with Rockwell Automation's Quality Management System (QMS) standards
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and other teams; lead project meetings and manage team member expectations
- Ensure deliverables meet QMS requirements and follow engineering standards
- Identify risks early, implement mitigation strategies, and resolve issues promptly
- Provide regular status updates, financial forecasts, and documentation for partners
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field (preferred)
- We prefer a PMP or equivalent
- Total experience 10-15 years with 2-4 years in project management in industrial automation or related sectors
- Familiarity with Rockwell Automation products and tools like Microsoft Project
- Inspire, guide, and develop teams to achieve organisational goals
- Plan and prioritisation capabilities to ensure efficient workflow and resource management
- Experience managing multiple projects within a matrix environment, ensuring delivery and quality outcomes
