About the role
- Lead complex, high-visibility programs across IT portfolio.
- Drive end-to-end project delivery and ensure solutions meet business objectives, technical standards, and timeline commitments.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage risks.
- Act as the primary point of contact for project sponsors, business leaders, and technical teams.
- Facilitate effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
- Partner with architects, engineers, and product managers to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with standards.
- Identify, assess, and proactively manage risks and issues that may impact project success.
- Champion project management best practices, tools, and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches).
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field

- Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in project management managing technical or IT-related projects.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex, Supply Chain projects.
- Understanding of Agile Methodologies
- High proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Jira Align, MS Project)
- PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or equivalent certification.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, cloud technologies, infrastructure, and integration projects.
- Experience with AI technologies including machine learning, natural language processing, generative AI, and agentic systems, with a focus on their practical applications in project delivery and IT operations.
- Proficiency in using enterprise-approved AI tools and platforms (e.g., Co-Pilot, GitHub, Claude, Windsurf) to enhance project planning, execution, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with experience leading or contributing to broader digital transformation efforts across diverse teams.
- Commitment to continuous learning, especially in response to the rapidly evolving emerging technologies relevant to project management and enterprise operations.
