About the role
- Develop and implement annual account strategies aligned with customer business objectives.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and forecast accurately to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers and influencers at all levels.
- Leverage insights to create opportunities and secure executive sponsorship.
- Utilize outcome-based selling methodologies and tools to position Rockwell Automation solutions.
- Drive opportunities through all stages of the buying process to closure.
- Orchestrate internal resources (domain experts, specialists, customer success teams) to maximize impact.
- Maintain alignment with local sales, industry, and leadership teams.
- Ensure CRM hygiene, capture customer interactions, and follow guided selling processes.
- Act quickly on leads and manage pipeline health for current and future quarters.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant experience.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visa, now or in the future, for this job opening.
- A valid driver's license.
- The ability to travel up to 40% of the time to customers.
