About the role
- Achieve Rockwell Automation sales targets for Cubic products and solutions and meet business revenue plans using a disciplined sales process within targeted accounts.
- Be directly responsible for meeting quota by negotiating and closing opportunities while collaborating with the wider matrixed Rockwell Automation sales teams.
- Develop and maintain an accurate sales forecast and pipeline for Cubic pursuits.
- Contribute to customer proposals and responses to requests for information.
- Leverage global sales and marketing resources to identify target opportunities and gain access.
- Serve as the primary liaison between customers, regional sales team members, and your department to ensure efficient communication and information flow from sales and pipeline development activities.
- Translate technical terms into everyday language and manage expectations, both internally and externally.
- Provide formal regular status reports to sales management, including forecast, pipeline, and activity summaries.
- Monitor and report revenue and pipeline results weekly using the CRM tool for assigned verticals or geographies to ensure performance goals are met.
- Develop business and financial knowledge of the offering and its impact on potential business.
- Build and promote long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with customers and understanding their needs.
- Explore new market opportunities (primarily data centers, water, energy, and industry).
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in sales (low voltage, solutions).
- Full professional proficiency in both French and English.
- Valid driver's license.
- Experience presenting sales proposals and systems solutions, and closing complex technical sales.
- Sales experience in the French market.
