About the role

  • Finance business partnering for the segment's North America Commercial Organization.
  • Support Annual Recurring Revenue analysis and reporting.
  • Prepare Unfulfilled Performance Obligation disclosure for a portion of the business and calculating accompanying contract liability reclass.
  • Lead the NA Productivity Deck and deliver a variety of both regional and global reports on profitability, billable hours and others.
  • Create ad hoc analyses and respond to business inquiries to understand material drivers of financial performance.
  • Support local FP&A team in launching new programs.
  • Develop and advocate for automation, simplification, and standardization in reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
  • Fluency in English
  • 5+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting
  • Experience with Oracle EPM, SAP, PowerBI
  • Prior FP&A experience
  • Project management experience
  • Willingness to challenge the status quo to improve productivity and processes
