Perform and report back on inventory audits performed at Canadian customers and distributor locations.
Audit onsite inventory and work with clients to fill any risk gaps that are identified.
Travel in a company provided vehicle 95% of the time across 4 States- SC, NC, Georgia & Virginia; 3+ overnights per week.
Support additional portfolio of services and capabilities centered on reliability and supply chain management.
Maintain accuracy, reduce customer risk and identify opportunities to help grow our support at existing sites.
Perform reporting and data analysis by gathering product data from customer ERP systems and Rockwell Automation tracking software.
Create program metric reports using Rockwell Automation software and other tools that meet customer requirements.
Make recommendations for inventory levels based on customer's installed base, critical parts, long parts delivery, failure trends, repair history trends, pricing considerations and obsolescence management.
Communicate between the customer, Rockwell Automation sales and distributors and Rockwell Automation Product Management to ensure that required information is provided timely and accurately.
Report to the Contracts Delivery Manager and may work remotely from SC, NC, GA, or VA.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (We will not sponsor individuals for employment visa, now or in the future, for this job opening.)
Ability to Travel 95% within 4 States- NC, SC, Georgia and Virginia (3+ overnights per week)
Previous experience in commercial or customer relations (preferred)
2+ years basic knowledge of store room operations, logistics, purchasing, maintenance, auditing, or order management (preferred)
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Strong problem solving skills
Ability to collect and analyze data to identify issues and recognize trends
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity in working within an ERP system software environment, as well as manage databases is a plus
