About the role
- Prepare employment contracts and other required pre-hire administration
- Preparation for Works Council activities linked to Talent Acquisition
- Analyze inquiries from global partners relating to the recruiting stream
- Background Check initiation, facilitation, and adjudication
- Follow legal guidelines for adjudication and escalation
- Understand end-to-end recruiting stream process
- Responsible for talent acquisition process adherence through auditing
- Advise and counsel Talent Acquisition and HR peers on process and protocol
- Participate and potentially lead projects to support efficiency and process improvement
- Perform audits to ensure compliance and integrity of the hiring process
- Identify any recruitment process gaps and identify areas of improvement
Requirements
- Legal authorization to work in Germany or Poland is required
- Fluency in German and English
- 4 year degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of related experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources
- Prior experience working with recruiting technology, such as an Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), specifically Workday.
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Excellent at working in a global environment
- Demonstrated customer and candidate management abilities
