About the role

  • Responsible for developing, leading, and implementing our global customer sustainability strategy and initiative
  • Lead the team for executing Rockwell's customer sustainability strategy
  • Manage meeting business development goals, and internal and external responsibilities
  • Help communicate priorities with internal and external stakeholders
  • Drive innovation across internal operations and collaborate on internal ESG commitments and our ESG strategy for customers
  • Required to collaborate with internal business units, influence product strategy and roadmaps, and provide thought leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas, now or in the future, for this job opening.
  • Travel of 30%, including both domestic and international travel.
  • Minimum of 12 years of work experience and people leadership experience
  • Advanced degree/MBA
  • Current or previous industrial automation sales experience, and sales leadership experience
  • International work experience or leading a global team in sales, sustainability or a combination of both.
  • Capability to work dynamically and collaboratively across multiple teams and projects in a technical business environment.
  • An external network of sustainability peers in companies, government, academia and the non-profit sector.
  • Progressive leadership and decision-making experience in a complex multi-stakeholder working environment.
