Security Engineer

• Work with business and technology team members to analyze functional and technical requirements to map them to policies and compliance controls.
• Implement new technologies that align to program timelines and goals.
• Provide consultation to users related to business system processes, technologies and audit controls.
• Help resolve requests and incidents to address user technology and system issues.
• Conduct validation controls across the full technology stack to meet compliance requirements.
• Report to the Governance Risk and Compliance Special Projects Program Manager.
• Work with departments teams to use cloud services to achieve Compliance with Government regulations.
• Work with external partners and Cloud Services Providers to coordinate with IT Technology Experts and Business Engineers to deploy solutions.
• Troubleshoot and implement technical solutions to solve business problems.
• Implement NIST 800-171 guidelines to maintain highest level of compliance.
• Collaborate with Cloud Engineers to align to Rockwell Standards within the context of mandatory compliance.
• Author and iterate technical documentation.
• Stay current with latest cloud tech and obtain/maintain cloud and government certifications.
• Help Rockwell accelerate the use of cloud services across the organization.
• Practice SAFE Agile principles.
