About the role
- Work with Motion Business Unit commercial, product management, and ETO project management
- Lead strategic ICT customer projects from purchase order to implementation
- Ensure seamless experience for strategic customer projects while holding functions accountable
- Manage interdepartmental activities and collaboration across functional teams
- Organize project implementation processes
- Lead Strategic Project Readouts and measure performance
- Develop best practices and process improvements
- Act as liaison to Global Sales & Marketing System Integrator and OEM Partner Program
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Relevant Field
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- 5+ years' experience in commercial customer-facing roles (preferred)
- Experience launching and supporting product and service
- Experience managing projects from initiation to closure including planning, execution, monitoring, budget and control
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (preferred)
- Experience with Independent Cart Technology (preferred)
