About the role
- Provide subject matter expertise to sellers, Domain Experts and other technical roles in opportunity pursuits or complex projects with customers
- Co-operate with the sales team in promoting new products or technologies to customers with presentations, demonstrations, proof of concepts, performance test or similar activities expressing outcome-based messaging and assure confidence
- In collaboration with business leads, drive all technology related activities around introducing a new product or technology into the market
- Be the regional escalation path for Tech Support and Field Service on post-sales product or application issues
- Promote technical enablement through creation of collateral like Master Classes, development of tools and execution of product update calls
- Support EMEA-based events, focused on the role-based activities as Subject Matter Expert
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience
- 5+ years experience in Power Control range of products/applications
- Experience communicating product benefits appropriate for each prospect
- Experience investigating and presenting advanced application solutions
- Willingness to travel up to 70%
