About the role
- Collaborate with DA&I Technical Lead and business stakeholders to define 3–6-month priorities and ensure alignment with long-term strategic goals
- Translate business requirements into actionable analytics solutions using tools such as Power BI, Python, and data modeling platforms
- Coordinate project resources and manage dependencies across capability teams to ensure timely and budget-conscious delivery
- Support Level 2 and Level 3 issue resolution in collaboration with DA&I Engineers and contribute to continuous improvement of analytics solutions
- Drive change management initiatives, including data literacy and governance practices, to promote adoption and value realization across domains.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience with multi-dimensional data design, star schemas, facts, and dimensions
- Strong understanding of system engineering, object-oriented design, and architecture standards
- Proficiency in analytics tools such as Power BI, Python, and data mining platforms
- Experience with SAP ECC and CRM
- Ability to translate business functionality into technical requirements and compelling business cases.
