Key responsibilities & impact

Manage operational workflows across multiple recruiting campaigns and client accounts
Coordinate candidate communications, outreach, follow-ups, scheduling, and confirmations
Monitor shared inboxes and ensure timely, professional responses
Maintain accurate candidate records and operational data
Support recruiters and internal stakeholders with day-to-day operational tasks
Identify process inefficiencies, flag issues proactively, and suggest improvements
Follow and improve SOPs, workflows, and internal systems
Assist with reporting, audits, and other operational projects as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

0–4 years of experience in operations, recruiting, HR, administration, customer support, or similar fields
Evidence of exceptional ability (e.g., strong academic record, experience at high-growth startups, founding or startup experience, or other high-signal achievements)
Strong attention to detail and a habit of checking work for accuracy
Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
Proactive mindset with a willingness to identify and solve problems
Coachable, curious, and eager to learn new tools and processes
Excellent written English and professional communication skills
Comfortable working during U.S. business hours (EST overlap required)
