About the role
- Own large projects from 0 to 1: define product requirements, design systems, build backend and frontend, test and iterate with customer feedback
- Develop core features including EHR integrations, intelligent workflows, and advanced voice AI infrastructure
- Build agentic workflow automation and scalable AI platform layers to support recruiting, onboarding, and compliance workflows
- Build internal infrastructure for AI voice applications, moving integrations in-house for inference, transcription, voice, and telephony
- Deploy existing use cases for onboarding customers, including internal tooling and integrations with critical software vendors
- Establish and improve engineering processes
- Engage directly with customers and deploy solutions in customer workflows
- Work closely with the CEO and CTO to define team culture and drive product decisions
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a software engineer
- Strong programming skills and proficiency across full-stack web development
- Experience with React, Typescript, Express, PostgreSQL
- Track record of moving quickly and comfort wearing many hats across engineering, product, and customer-facing work
- Curiosity and experience experimenting with LLMs and AI voice applications
- Experience building integrations and infrastructure for scalable customer deployments (EHRs, HR systems, telephony/text)
