About the role

  • Drive overall content strategy and manage editorial calendar to ensure coordinated execution across all channels and position the company as the thought leader in AI transformation
  • Plan and execute integrated content campaigns around major launches and thought leadership initiatives to drive awareness and pipeline
  • Develop sales enablement materials and customer marketing assets, including case studies, testimonials, pitch decks, one-pagers, and ROI calculators to support pipeline conversion
  • Strategically position the co-founder as a thought leader in AI transformation through targeted content, speaking opportunities, and participation in key industry conversations
  • Launch newsletter and write pieces for it, curating industry news and rotating content between transformation autopsy, blueprint, Index analysis, and operator playbook formats

  • Launch and coordinate weekly podcast production, including guest scheduling, contractor management, creating clips, and multi-channel repurposing
  • Identify speaking opportunities for the PR partner to pitch, creating compelling angles and narratives, then manage event logistics, including coordination, content prep, and follow-up
  • Execute multi-channel distribution strategy across LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and blog, repurposing content to maximize reach and implementing SEO/AEO for discoverability
  • Leverage data-driven decision making through content performance analytics and A/B testing, manage AI-powered content repository and brand voice frameworks, and monitor competitive landscape to maintain differentiation

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in B2B content marketing with demonstrated ability to spot media-worthy stories and manage complex logistics
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically about content's role in business growth, audience development, and pipeline contribution
  • Comfort with content analytics tools and data-driven decision-making to optimize content performance and strategy
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously, including podcast guest pipeline, speaking tour logistics, and contractor relationships
  • Strong editorial judgment to identify which client moments and data points are media-worthy versus noise
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability to turn raw client insights into compelling stories
  • Comfortable with AI tools and automation, excited about building systems that extract insights from unstructured data
  • Understanding of operator and executive audiences in a B2B context
  • Scrappy executor comfortable wearing multiple hats in an early-stage environment without heavy creative direction
  • Ability to work collaboratively with PR partner, dividing responsibilities between opportunity identification and relationship building
