About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and conduct program evaluations that measure project performance, implementation readiness, and operational effectiveness
- Collect, analyze, and interpret program data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for continuous improvement
- Develop executive dashboards, scorecards, and performance reports supporting Program Management Office (PMO) leadership
- Prepare readiness assessments supporting deployment planning, production releases, and executive decision-making
- Analyze testing results, implementation metrics, customer feedback, and operational data to evaluate overall program success
- Collaborate with Program Managers, engineers, Business Analysts, Test Engineers, and Government stakeholders to validate performance metrics and reporting accuracy
- Develop recommendations that improve program performance, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Support executive governance meetings, Integrated Design Reviews (IDR), Functional Readiness Reviews (FRR), and customer briefings by preparing analytical reports and presentation materials
- Maintain reporting documentation, assessment methodologies, and historical program performance records
- Promote continuous improvement by identifying process enhancements and measurement strategies that strengthen overall program execution
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, Statistics, or a related field
- Five (5) years of experience performing program evaluation, business analysis, operational assessment, or performance measurement within enterprise technology environments
- Experience developing executive dashboards, scorecards, reports, and performance metrics
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate meaningful insights
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SQL, Tableau, or similar reporting and analytics tools
- Experience supporting project performance measurement, readiness assessments, and executive reporting
- Experience supporting VA, VHA, DHA, or other Federal healthcare organizations, health IT, telehealth, or Federal program management is preferred
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate findings to technical and executive audiences
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Level 3 Public Trust clearance
