About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and hands-on training sessions supporting enterprise healthcare technology implementations.
  • Provide end-user support during system deployments, go-live activities, and post-implementation stabilization periods.
  • Reinforce training curriculum, job aids, user guides, and learning materials developed by the instructional design team.
  • Coach end users on system functionality, workflows, and best practices to improve user confidence and technology adoption.
  • Monitor user readiness and adoption while gathering feedback to identify additional training needs.
  • Collaborate with Organizational Change Management, Communications, and Deployment teams to ensure a consistent user experience throughout implementation.
  • Support train-the-trainer sessions and assist customer organizations with local training efforts.
  • Document training activities, attendance records, user feedback, and adoption metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to improve training delivery, user engagement, and adoption strategies.
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for end users during implementation, promoting a positive customer experience and successful organizational transition.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Healthcare Administration, Communications, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Three (3) years of experience delivering technical training, software training, user support, or organizational adoption activities
  • Experience facilitating instructor-led, virtual, or blended learning environments.
  • Strong presentation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
  • Experience supporting enterprise software implementations or healthcare technology deployments is preferred
  • Familiarity with adult learning principles, training methodologies, and change management concepts is preferred
  • Experience supporting VA, VHA, DHA, or other Federal healthcare organizations, health IT, telehealth, or Federal program management is preferred
  • Ability to travel occasionally in support of customer training and deployment activities, if required
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Level 3 Public Trust clearance.
