About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage action items, meeting minutes, decision logs, and deliverable review cycles
- Maintain program artifacts, schedules, trackers, briefings, risk registers, issue logs, and dependency logs
- Run personnel clearance, credentialing, badging, onboarding, and access-coordination status reporting and escalation
- Support governance reviews, readiness trackers, and executive status materials
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of relevant experience
- Experience supporting VA, VHA, DHA, or other Federal healthcare organizations, health IT, telehealth, and Federal program management is preferred
- PMP or CAPM preferred
- Ability to obtain a Level 3 Public Trust
