Business Intelligence Analyst

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support data-driven decision-making by delivering actionable insights, performance metrics, and reporting solutions
- Partner closely with leadership to develop and maintain reports and dashboards
- Analyze data sets, deliver insights, and make recommendations to improve business performance
- Work collaboratively with Business Intelligence (BI) colleagues to facilitate efficient data collection and reporting
- Drive standardization, quality and automation of data and metrics
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or health care
- Five or more years of relevant pharmaceutical and/or Medical Affairs experience
- Proven analytical and quantitative skills
- Proficiency in common data-analytics tools, particularly data collection and visualization techniques
- Strong critical thinking, learning agility, and decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Excellent leadership and project-management skills
- Excellent communication (written and verbal), stakeholder-management, and interpersonal skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access)
