About the role
- Grow and support Victron Energy’s presence in New Zealand
- Manage and expand relationships with distributors, installers, and OEM partners
- Identify new business opportunities and develop the market
- Advise customers on system design for various applications
- Provide technical support and guidance throughout the sales process
- Deliver product training and workshops to partners and customers
Requirements
- Experience in technical sales or as a Sales Engineer (ideally 5+ years)
- Background in electrical engineering or related apprenticeship
- Experience with energy systems beyond solar
- Familiarity with system design and integration (Victron Energy or similar brands)
- Experience delivering technical training or supporting customers in complex solutions
- Clear communication skills
