Key responsibilities & impact

leading and supporting the school’s team with new family recruitment efforts
creating a welcoming and seamless transition for families to our schools
developing and executing the vision for the new family experience
executing recruitment strategies, including canvassing, community partnership building, and directly engaging with families
requiring flexibility of schedule, including willingness to work weekend and evening hours as events demand

Requirements

What you’ll need

Commitment to Rocketship’s mission and educational equity.
Bachelor’s degree required; master’s preferred.
5–7 years of experience in recruitment, enrollment, family engagement, or related fields.
3+ years of people management experience.
Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
Experience building community partnerships and using data to drive results.
Spanish bilingual skills preferred.
