About the role
- Analyze, administer and support benefit programs for APAC region
- Contribute to the research, analysis, design and development of global benefit programs
- Manage benefit plans and associated provider relationships
- Ensure country benefit compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- Lead new benefit initiatives and manage the implementation processes
Requirements
- Significant experience required in a similar role; minimum expected 8 years post bachelor’s degree
- Strong vendor management skills
- Experience of managing projects including preparing project plans, timelines and building business cases
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Workday (or comparable HR System) experience
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Communication or Liberal Arts
