Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze, administer and support benefit programs for APAC region
Contribute to the research, analysis, design and development of global benefit programs
Manage benefit plans and associated provider relationships
Ensure country benefit compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Lead new benefit initiatives and manage the implementation processes

Requirements

What you’ll need

Significant experience required in a similar role; minimum expected 8 years post bachelor’s degree
Strong vendor management skills
Experience of managing projects including preparing project plans, timelines and building business cases
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Workday (or comparable HR System) experience
Bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Communication or Liberal Arts
