- Assess their career plans and motivation

- Support candidates through to their integration
- Identify companies likely to hire our students
- Present selected profiles to recruiters

- Support students in their search for work-study placements (alternance)

- Contribute to candidate placement
Requirements
- University student (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in HR, business, marketing or general university studies
- Comfortable speaking and building relationships with candidates and companies
- Organized, persistent and committed
- Previous experience in recruitment, sales or customer relations is a plus
