About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the full lifecycle of full-stack features from technical design and implementation through deployment, monitoring, and optimization
Build front-end applications using Next.js or React with a NestJS GraphQL integration layer
Develop back-end applications using .NET / C# and NestJS GraphQL
Collaborate with product managers, designers, analysts, and engineers to shape the servicing experience
Contribute to architecture, tooling, and best-practice decisions
Deploy and operate applications on AWS and Amazon EKS through CI/CD pipelines
Use AI tools and agentic development workflows to increase engineering speed and quality
Participate in code reviews
Mentor junior engineers and foster learning and collaboration
Participate in an on-call rotation when applicable, including nights and weekends, to support production systems and service reliability

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of professional full-stack software development experience
Proven experience designing, building, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications
Hands-on experience with Next.js or React and a NestJS GraphQL integration layer
Hands-on experience with .NET / C# and NestJS GraphQL
Experience deploying and operating applications on AWS and Amazon EKS / Kubernetes with CI/CD pipelines
Experience using AI code generation tools such as GitHub Copilot, Anthropic Claude Code, Cursor, or similar
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment, handle ambiguity, and empathize with customers
Product mindset focused on user behavior, user experience, and business impact
