About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the full lifecycle of full-stack features, from technical design and implementation through deployment, monitoring, and optimization
Build across the front end (Next.js or React with a NestJS GraphQL integration layer) and back end (.NET / C#, NestJS GraphQL)
Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, analysts, and other engineers to shape the servicing experience end to end
Contribute to decisions around architecture, tooling, and best practices
Deploy and operate applications on AWS and Amazon EKS through CI/CD pipelines
Use AI tools and agentic development workflows to increase engineering speed and improve quality
Participate in code reviews, provide mentorship to junior engineers, and foster a culture of learning and collaboration

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years of professional full-stack software development experience
Proven track record of designing, building, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications
Hands-on experience with a modern front-end framework (Next.js or React) and a NestJS GraphQL integration layer
Hands-on experience with back-end development in .NET / C# and NestJS GraphQL
Experience deploying and operating applications on AWS and Amazon EKS / Kubernetes with CI/CD pipelines
Experience using AI code generation tools such as GitHub Copilot, Anthropic Claude Code, Cursor, or similar
