Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the strategy and execution of home tours and event scheduling experience
Own the product experience for home tours and event scheduling across web and mobile
Identify and eliminate friction in the scheduling experience
Build and optimize scheduling systems including availability management, confirmations, reminders, and rescheduling flows
Define and execute product strategy that increases attendance rates and post-tour satisfaction

Requirements

What you’ll need

4+ years of product management experience
Experience in marketplace, scheduling, operations-facing or productivity products
Ability to simplify complexity into actionable items
Ability to quickly develop subject matter expertise
Deep customer empathy and ability to listen to users
Strong communication skills to distill complex problems
Experience working cross-functionally with design, engineering, and go-to-market teams
Data-driven analytical skills
