Requirements

What you’ll need

11 years of experience in software engineering, quality engineering, and/or product
9 years of experience in leading software delivery teams
Undergraduate degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field
Recognized excellence in leading divisional initiatives
Extensive experience building self-organizing teams
Knowledge of Agile metrics such as sustainability and productivity
Demonstrated ability to meet delivery goals across multiple divisions
Extensive knowledge of people leadership practices
