About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assisting users with website and app navigation via calls and the Zendesk ticketing system.
- Troubleshooting technical bugs.
- Collaborating with agents and customers to ensure the website’s data is accurate.
- Assisting customers with account maintenance.
- Ensuring a world-class customer service experience by seeing issues through to resolution.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service and/or Technical Support
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Zendesk ticketing system, AWS phone system, and Slack is a plus
