About the role
- Engage relationships with third-party originators through phone calls, emails and appointments
- Ensure high-quality service and issue resolution to satisfy and retain current partners
- Manage a pipeline of partner relationships to increase revenue
- Become a subject matter expert on our products, solutions and systems
- Remain informed on industry trends and share insights with partners
- Train new business partners on company-specific technology, processes, and products
- Inform partners of pricing updates, new loan products and special offers
- Assist partners by troubleshooting basic loan-level and/or systematic problems and refers more complex issues to more experienced team members
Requirements
- Industry specific knowledge
- Sales experience
- Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for client service
- Ability to stay organized, disciplined and accountable for results
- Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management tools (e.g., Salesforce)
- 1 or more years of experience within the mortgage industry
- 1 or more years of experience in wholesale lending
